If you do not have apple pay, please text me at the number above so we can arrange either a cash drop off or another form for payment. If i do not receive your deposit within 24 hours of booking your appointment will be cancelled! There is no cancellation fee, however deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. All no show appointments will be charged 40% of your initial service and will be banned from booking. NO EXTRA GUESTS. LATE FEE POLICY You will get a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes will be charged $20. After 20 minutes your appointment will be canceled. WIG POLICY For all wig services, old & new wigs. You MUST drop your wig off 24-48 hours prior to your appointment, if your wig isn’t dropped off within the time frame your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit WILL NOT be refunded. Closures/ Frontals for quick weaves as well. SICK & ILLNESS POLICY Anyone that is feeling any kind of sickness illness meaning cough,fever, pink eye etc. Please RESCHEDULE. If you show up with any of these illness you will be BANNED from booking.
